Velo Race Performance offers one to one coaching via British Cycling level 3 Road and Time Trial fully licensed coaches. The coaching packages available have been specifically designed to give you the specific amount of coaching you require to reach your desired goals.

One price coaching plan £60 per month

All training plans are delivered using the very latest Training Peaks Software as used by professional Cycling Teams. You can access your training 24/7 via your own training peaks webpage or via your smart phone app. All the web pages are set up and controlled by Velo Race Performance so there are no hidden extras.

Initial Consultation £50

Race plan riders will require an initial consultation. This gives the rider and coach the opportunity to have a detailed talk about the coaching plan required.

From the initial consultation the coach will be able to carry out the following.

■Rider Profiling

■Initial assessment of your tactical and technical knowledge

■Life Style Audit

■Performance Analysis and Fitness Test

■Plan a coaching programme that supports the achievements of agreed goals

■Establish Performance Benchmarks

■Annual Training Plan based on your requirements

The coaching package is aimed at riders who wish to develop their cycling and become the best they can be. Cycle coaching is not just about having a weekly training plan. It’s as much about having someone to motivate you and give you technical and tactical advise about racing and preparation for your key events. Vero Race performance uses the very latest Training Peaks Software, as used by professional race teams. You will be able to access your training plan 24/7 via your computer or download the latest Training Peaks software Free for your smart phone.
